Cooperation specialists’ (various properties valuation) activity in AR, defense theirs professional interests, prepare science & normative-juridical bases for appraisers’  activity, regulation of property market & appraisers’ activity, rise professional level of specialists on native, intellectual & other properties, training of specialists-appraisers & their protection.

By the legislation of AR ASA member can be physical person more than 18 y/o/ ( AR citizen, foreigner, person without citizenship), with high education, with knowledge on property sphere, without criminal liability for economical & heinous crime.

ASA has following goal:

1.       Stable development of independent valuation institute

2.       Stable high level of independent valuation on social & economical systems & requirements of such kind valuation

3.       Achievement on market with high level  valuation service

4.       Constant perfection of professionalism of appraisers

5.       Continuous increase competitive on valuation activity         

 

Organization chart of Azerbaijan Society of Appraiser (ASA)

·         Governing body

Conference is a governing body of ASA. Conference takes place not less than 1 time annually. Participants of various regional subdivisions take part on conference.

·         Chairman

Head of Management board.  Elect on conference for the period of 3 years. Chairman is planning & controlling ASA activity according charter. He represents ASA in cooperation with state, commercial & non-commercial structures.

·         Management board

Elect on conference for the period of 3 years. They organize activity of ASA. MB provides fulfillment of resolutions from conference & membership of ASA.

·         Chief executive

Elect for the period of 3 years by MB on conference with advice of Chairman. Chief executive organizes activity of ASA on Chairman absence.

·         Auditing commission

Supervising finance-household activity of ASA. Elect for the period of 3 years.  AC reports on conference about results of activity.

·         Executive staff

Implementing instructions of Chairman  & MB. Provide activity of ASA. Members of Executive staff are permanent employees.

·         Regional subdivisions

Organized by initiative of shareholders for providing activity of ASA in regions (consist MIN of 3 members). RS combine natural & legal person with apprise activity in regions according charter of ASA. 

 

General activities of ASA:

 

·         Creation of civilized market of valuation in Azerbaijan

·         Working up standards of various types of property valuation

·         Participation on legal base  development for valuation activities 

·         Protection of professional interests of ASA members

·         Protection of common profit & rights for their members on appropriate instances & government / international organizations

·         Providing  cooperation  with appropriate state organs for process of study professional appraisers

·         Organize special courses of raising the level of appraisers

·         Attestation of appraisers- members of ASA

·         Certification  of physical/juridical  appraisers

·         Methodical help & consultation of members & users

·         Direct participation in state legislation process for development of valuation activity

·         Providing with juridical support on valuation activity topics

·         Organize independent examination reports of valuation results

·         Creation & development connection with abroad specialists & international appraiser organizations

·         Organize congresses, scientifically-practice conferences. Seminars & different kind of forums for valuation activity by international & country levels. Help with participation there for all members of society

·         Publication & circulation of normative documents, methodological literacy & books for valuation activity

·         Publication of Azerbaijan Appraiser bulletins,  Questions of valuation & Property & economic scientifically-practice  magazines

·         Prepare & publication of annual physical/juridical appraisers  list 

·         Independent examination of valuation acts, methodological & program support

·         Consultation of users for choose appraiser & Appraisers company

·         Make equal condition for all members of Society for using similar literacy

·         Consultation of users on their property valuation including informing for available risks
