A forum of appraisers held in Minsk, capital of Belarus
A forum of appraisers was held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, organized by the host country.
The forum was attended by Vugar Oruc, Chairman of the Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan and President of the Council of Appraisers Associations of Turkic States (CAATS), as well as Ilham Baghirov, a member of the Professional Appraisers Council of the Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan (AQC).
During the opening ceremony, Vugar Oruc delivered a speech on the topic “Improving Valuation Activities in the Republic of Azerbaijan.” Following the speech, a cooperation agreement was signed between the AQC and the Belarusian Association of Valuation Organizations.
The event featured speeches by several representatives, including:
Eldana Taalaybekovna Satarova, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Sergey Rufimovich Vedernikov, member of the Appraisers Chamber of the Self-Regulatory Organization “Kazakhstan Appraisers Association”;
Svetlana Yurenia, Chairperson of the Association of Valuation Organizations;
Maria Bir, Head of the Valuation Department of the “Grodno State Registration and Land Cadastre Agency” Republican Unitary Enterprise;
Natalya Murashko, Lead Appraiser of the “National Cadastre Agency”;
Yekaterina Khmara, expert of the Russian Self-Regulatory Organization (CMAO);
Vladimir Shabeka, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, and Certified Appraiser of the “Valuation Center” JSC;
Aleksandr Kistyuk, member of the Certification Committee under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
At the end of the event, a gala dinner was held in honor of the guests. On the second day of the forum, a seminar was held on the topic “Valuation of Transport Vehicles and Equipment.” At the conclusion of the seminar, the AQC delegation was awarded diplomas and certificates by the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
During the forum, Vugar Oruc, Chairman of AQC and President of CAATS, held bilateral talks with the heads of valuation associations of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan to further enhance cooperation, resulting in mutual agreements.
