AQC tests evaluators - Certification exam will be held.

Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers (AQC) has started the next certification courses "On types of real estate".

FED.az informs that the real estate valuation courses held in Demirchi Tower (Demirchi Plaza) from July 20 to August 4 were held by Vugar Oruj, the chairman of AQC, director of the Vecon Consulting valuation company, UNEC teachers, associate professors: Ibrahim Guliyev. and hosted by Kahraman Bayramov.

Certificates will be provided at the end of the training, attended by 31 participants from the financial and banking sector and evaluation companies.

The topics of the training include real estate valuation methodology and standards. The topics are as follows:

I. Scientific-theoretical bases and principles of real estate valuation - Real estate market, its formation factors, functions and development trends

II. Real estate market, its formation factors, functions and development trends

III. Evaluation of agricultural land plots

IV. Evaluation of land plots used for the purpose of realization of industrial, construction and infrastructure projects

V. Valuation of land plots with mineral resources

VI. A cost approach to residential real estate valuation

VII. Assessment of cumulative depreciation of real estate objects

VIII. A comparative approach to residential real estate valuation

IX. Income approach to residential real estate valuation

X. General methodology of valuation of non-residential real estate

XI. Agreeing on the results of the evaluation and drawing up the report

XII. Answering direct and cross-examination questions, tests and solving practical problems
