Memorandum Signed Between the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers and Baku Eurasian University

A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Baku Eurasian University (BEU) and the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers (ASA). In this regard, an official meeting was held at Baku Eurasian University with the participation of the leadership and representatives of both institutions.

Opening the event with a welcoming speech, the Rector of Baku Eurasian University, PhD in Political Sciences, Associate Professor Seyavush Gasimov, stated that cooperation between higher education institutions and professional public associations is of particular importance in the modern era. He emphasized that strengthening ties between educational institutions and the labor market contributes to enhancing students’ practical knowledge and skills and supports their development as qualified professionals. The Rector highlighted that the signing of the memorandum is an important step in this direction.

Subsequently, the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, Vugar Oruj, delivered a speech providing detailed information about the organization’s areas of activity, the work carried out in the field of appraisal, and the tasks ahead. He particularly underlined the importance of cooperation with higher education institutions in training professional appraisal specialists and expressed his confidence that the existing cooperation with Baku Eurasian University will continue to yield positive results in the future.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the organization of joint training programs, seminars, and workshops, the holding of scientific and practical events, the arrangement of students’ professional internships, as well as issues related to enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of appraisal. At the same time, views were exchanged on future cooperation prospects and other matters of mutual interest.

The speakers noted that this cooperation will contribute to the development of both the education and appraisal sectors and will serve to improve the quality of training of qualified specialists.

At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Baku Eurasian University and the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers.

It should be noted that the document envisages the establishment of long-term and systematic cooperation between ASA and BEU and the continuation of mutual activities on an institutional basis.
